Planets

Dark Galaxies has a universe of 2400 planets, 400 planets per faction. Each planet will be owned by a player.

Planets have multiple purposes in Dark Galaxies.

1. The ownership and distribution of land 2. The mining of planet resources to produce DTF 3. To be defended and attacked in gameplay to earn additional rewards

The purpose of a planet is to hold onto the planet and defend it with defending decks. Each planet will have 10 defense slots which you or any other player can allocate a defense deck to. Defense decks are made up from character cards and allocated to a particular defense slot on a planet.

Each planet had a Difficulty and Cooldown value which effects the mining rewards and mining rate of DTF resources.

Planets are also the primary resource of the rare mineral Duterium Refined (DTF). This resource is required in many different aspects of gameplay from fueling mining rigs to creating factories to flying around the galaxy. This is a valuable resource!
